Career Transition webinar: Translating legal skills outside of government

Description: In partnership with Justice Connection and FedsForward, this session will support current and former federal employees in legal roles who are exploring career transitions beyond government. Panelists will share real-world experiences, practical advice, and strategies to help participants identify where their skills fit, communicate accomplishments across sectors, and adapt to non-federal work environments. The discussion will highlight diverse career paths, including less traditional post-government roles, with insights from panelists who have successfully adjusted to new work cultures.
