The City of Raleigh is sponsoring 10 tickets for locals to attend whose careers/lives have been disrupted by happenings at the federal government. You can request one of these tickets online. They’ll be given out to eligible applicants on a first come first served basis.
If you don’t want to go through this process but are interested in attending, you can apply to speak for free entrance or volunteer for discounted entrance.
