Over the past few months, federal leaders have had to navigate immense change in the federal landscape.
Our FedSupport team has received requests from federal leaders for a space to convene, share experiences and learn best practices. With this in mind, our next session, “Leading through change” will offer limited availability to current federal employees who lead teams to engage in a discussion on change management with a Partnership facilitator.
This session will meet in closed breakout groups to allow for interaction between participants as Partnership facilitators lead dialogue around current challenges experienced by participants navigating large-scale workplace and environmental changes. Participants will be separated into small breakout conversations during the session to allow for greater interaction.
